2020 Schedule K-1

Schedule K-1 for partners of calendar-year entities are generally due to be issued to the recipient by this date unless an automatic 6-month extension of time to file the return has been requested. Since it is not uncommon for K-1 to be produced late, it may be prudent for you to follow up with the issuer as necessary, especially if it is a material part of your tax return, so that you can decide whether to apply for extension(s) with or without payment(s).
